Payments must be made in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
✔ Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and products:
- All digital product sales are final
- Service refunds may be considered case-by-case and only before project commencement
- Deposits for project-based services are non-refundable
✔ Subscription Billing (if applicable)
- Renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
- You may cancel anytime, and service continues until the end of the current billing cycle
5. Projects, Deliverables & Timelines
We work to deliver all services within agreed timelines.
However, delays may occur if:
- Required content (logos, text, branding) is not provided by client
- Client repeatedly requests revisions or additional work
- Third-party platforms cause interruptions
Any additional work outside scope will incur extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All website content, designs, graphics, and materials remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
Client Content
Clients maintain ownership of assets they provide (e.g., logos, business info).
You grant us necessary rights to use this content to deliver your project.
7. Marketing Usage & Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to display completed work (websites, campaigns, branding) in:
- Our portfolio
- Social media & marketing presentations
unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any private business information shared during the project, unless legally required to disclose it.
9. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Some elements may involve:
- Web hosting providers
- Email marketing tools
- Analytics & advertising platforms
- Payment gateways
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions by these third-party providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for losses related to business interruption, lost revenue, or client mismanagement
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
Clients remain responsible for compliance with:
- Advertising policies
- Data protection laws
- Industry regulations

Users must:
- Maintain secure passwords
- Not share accounts with unauthorized persons
- Notify us of suspicious activity
We may suspend accounts for misuse.
12. Termination of Services

- Payment terms are violated

- Cooperation ceases or becomes unmanageable
Clients will be billed for all completed work up to termination.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.
Disputes shall be resolved:

- If unresolved, through arbitration or Zambian courts
